
Advanced Ethics for Sexuality Professionals: Complex Cases & Contemporary Challenges Watch Preview
This advanced course is designed for sexuality educators, counselors, and therapists seeking to deepen their ethical practice and decision-making skills in today’s rapidly evolving landscape. Building on foundational ethics, participants will critically examine complex, real-world dilemmas at the intersections of sexuality, identity, and social context. Topics include digital privacy, boundaries in nontraditional relationships, mandated reporting with neurodivergent and trauma-impacted clients, and ethical challenges in kink and polyamorous communities.
Through analysis of contemporary case studies and emergent issues, students will refine their ability to navigate ambiguity, systemic oppression, and competing values while centering client safety, agency, and inclusivity.
